We work exclusively with 3 Day Blinds, an industry leader in high quality window treatments, to measure, install and service their custom made, blinds, shades, draperies and shutters. When Great Windows Services takes care of any part of a work order here are some things our clients can expect whether they are working with one of our professionals in the field or one of our service experts.

We call our customers to schedule their measure, installation or service appointment on a date and time that is convenient for them.
Our installation technicians are expertly trained to provide measurements and always strive to conduct themselves in a professional manner.
No surprise visits - the installer assigned to a job gives the customer a courtesy “on the way” call to make sure the customer is ready for their new window treatments.
Installation Technicians are given a company branded vehicle as to always have the highest level of professionalism.
We believe in leaving an area cleaner than we found it - that means we are there to help with removal of old window coverings that customers no longer want. When a customer expresses interest in this before their appointment we are equipped to handle the rest of the take away process.
Invisible Install - if removing window treatments left holes in the wall the installation technician will “rough” patch holes in order to keep customers homes looking their absolute best.
“First Time Right” Installs - Experience is everything for our clients and by carrying additional tools and components in our vehicles for service and installation appointments we ensure that we install everything right the first time.
All members of the Great Windows Services Team go through a comprehensive training program. Regardless of the role, we want our team to be the best and that means being knowledgeable about all aspects of window treatment installation.

We aren’t satisfied until our client is thrilled and if for some reason there is an unexpected issue we address them with urgency and empathy. We work with our customers and 3 Day Blinds to make it right and ensure that you are satisfied with the resolution.
